Hehe I’ve made a pledge like that myself in the past. Of course, not every mail to -devel is a waste of electrons, and some are themselves worthy, even if they are effort not put into a bug. But often times there can be a lot of noise, yes. I think it’s much better these days than it has been in the past, though.
